29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On or about June 21, 2019, on the roof of a residential community clubhouse located at 2015 NW Golden Oaks Trail in Jensen Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to eye injuries, in that; eye and face protection was not being used while operating pneumatic strip nailers.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about June 21, 2019, on the north roof edge of a residential community clubhouse located at 2015 NW Golden Oaks Trail in Jensen Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that; ladder side rails did not extend at least 3-feet above the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  1. Employees performing roofing work are not protected from fall hazards greater than 21-feet to the ground through the use of effective fall protection.      The employer fails to ensure effective protection against falls, as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about June 21, 2019, on the roof of a residential community clubhouse located at 2015 NW Golden Oaks Trail in Jensen Beach, Florida, where employees install roof pipe vents and peel and stick material on a roof with a pitch of 5:12. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that employees are protected from falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  CJM Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, in OSHA inspection #1235090, Citation #1, Item #1, with respect to a workplace located at 11607 SW Rowena Street, Port Saint Lucie, Florida.  The citation was issued on October 10, 2017, and became a final order on January 11, 2018.    CJM Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard in OSHA inspection #1143678, Citation #1, Item #1, with respect to a workplace located at The Estate at Tradition, Lot 180, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34987.  The citation was issued on August 1, 2016 and became a final order on August 31, 2016.
