29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On June 27, 2019, and at times prior employees were exposed to an approximant 11 foot fall hazard on a 4:12 pitch roof while installing shingles without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of Del Rio Drive and Clairmont Road in Bismarck, North Dakota Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1222827, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on July 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located in vicinity of 3717 Meridian Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota & inspection Number 1288149, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on April 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located in vicinity of 2730 Paint Ball Way in Lincoln, North Dakota.
