American Tinning and Galvanizing Company, Galvanizing Room - On or about 7/10/19, and at times prior thereto, a hook for the 1/2-ton hoist was missing a safety latch. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: A.) American Tinning and Galvanizing Company, outside chemical room - On or about 7/10/19, and at times prior thereto, a 240 volt electrical panel box had a missing knock out. The box was providing power to the air compressor. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
