29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) American Tinning & Galvanizing Company, Galvanizing department area, on or about July 10th, 2019 and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, sulfuric acid, and galvanizing flux during work operations in the galvanizing department area. Employees did not have access within the immediate work area to a suitable eyewash/shower station. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Case numbers 2-19, 3-19, 4-19, 5-19, 6-19, and 7-19, did not provide specific detail about the object/substance that directly injured or made the employee ill.
