29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4): Employees working with chromic acid were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially their nostrils:       a)  American Tinning & Galvanizing Company, Chromic acid areas (Tank #20 area), on or about July 31st, 2019 and times prior thereto:  Employees worked with and around  hazardous substances including, but not limited to, chromic acid during dipping/anodizing of aluminum onsite.  Employees were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts and nostrils.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:   Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
