29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Rear upper level: Workers working at the edge of the upper surface were not protected from falling to the lower level. Black Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1202684, citation number 1, item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 277-NEW-3NEW-2 Hagatna, GU.
