29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. On or about 17 July 2019, and at times prior thereto, compressed air was being used to clean foam inserts and the work area within the material department outside the Lab that was not less than 30 psi, exposing the employees using the sir nozzle to the hazard of being struck by a stream of focused air to the skin or eye(s).

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about 17 July 2019, and at times prior thereto, electrical cords and relocatable power taps were not being used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions as listed or labeled, exposing the employees utilizing them to an electrical hazard of up to approximately 120 volts. 1) Customer Service Desk: A monitor and computer were plugged into a relocatable power tap that was plugged into a black extension cord connected to a wall outlet. 2) Receptionist Desk: A monitor, computer, and other devices were plugged into a relocatable power tap that was plugged into a black extension cord connected to a wall outlet. 3) Wood Shop: Three floor fans were plugged into the last pigtail, that was connected to a second pigtail into a black extension cord connected to the wall outlet. 4) Packing Area: Two floor fans were plugged into a pigtail that was plugged into an orange extension cord connected to a wall outlet.
