29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: a) Laundry Room Area: On or about August 20, 2019 the employer did not ensure that receptacles near water sources or potential wet locations were equipped with a GFI system. b) Outside Laundry Area: On or about August 20, 2019 the employer did not ensure that receptacles near water sources or potential wet locations were equipped with a GFI system. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with electrical shock.
