At worksite 1801 NW Mya Ct (Lot 54) Grain Valley, MO: employees were working on a residential roof and below them was rebar protruding from the concrete that was not guarded. This exposed employees to impalement.

Employees engaged in roofing activities, using a pneumatic nail gun, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided. Eagle 1 Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283937, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 116 SE Riley, Lot 9, Blue Springs, MO 64064.
