29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At 9810 Monticello Rd, Lenexa, KS 66227 employee engaged in fuel and Titebond Subfloor adhesive handing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. According to the Safety Data Sheets, both chemicals an extremely flammable liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.
