29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 28, 2019; on the eastern side of the building, employees were utilizing a JLG lift to install windows without the use of fall protection systems at a height of approximately 12 feet. b) On or about August 28, 2019; on the eastern side of the building, Employees were utilizing a Hugg & Hall 660S lift to install windows without the use of fall protection systems at a height of approximately 32 feet. Crane Creek Construction was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1359193, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8100 North Bon Marche Baton, Rouge, LA 70806.
