29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about October 10, 2019, at the jobsite located at 351 NE 185th Street, Miami Florida 33179, the employer did not maintain walking-working surfaces free from employees being exposed to tripping hazards, where the door threshold between the office area hallway and the shop, had a threshold that was not the same, or near the same height, as the floors on both sides of the threshold measuring approximately 2 inches and 1/4 inch high and 6 inches wide.
