29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 4835 Central Ave., Ocean City, NJ: On or about November 13, 2019 three EJS Contractors Inc. employees were conducting framing activities, installing roof rafters, on a new construction 3 story residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
