29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:( a) On or about 10/25/2022, at the exterior wall area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Employees, who were working from a JLG aerial lift, did not tie off to the anchor points in the basket. One employee had the harness on, the other employee had no harness. Both employees were not tied off to the basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
