29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A): The industrial truck was not equipped with a safety platform/cage firmly secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks when used for lifting personnel:  At residential construction site located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO -- Employees were exposed to serious fall hazards in that the safety platform was not secured to the forks when supporting or lifting personnel.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level:  At the residential construction site located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO -- Employees were exposed to fall hazards when the feet of the extension ladder were not set on the ground in a secure fashion. This caused the ladder to be unstable and not level.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At residential worksite located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO -- Employees were observed working near elevated employees and materials and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.   Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148918, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4222 NE 67th Ter, KC MO.

At residential worksite located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO -- Employees were observed using nail guns and solvent-based adhesive and were not wearing any means of eye protection.   Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148918, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4222 NE 67th Ter, KC MO.

Framers were observed installing materials and working at height. Framers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 11 feet to the ground without use of fall protection.   Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1387430, citation numbers 2, item numbers 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4500 NE 67th Ter, KC MO.
