29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. At the residential worksite located at 7265 NW Fawn Ave., Parkville MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when conducting framing work with pneumatic nail guns without eye protection. This was documented on or about 10/18/2022. The Ron Nelson Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1445853, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-24-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4514 NE 67th Ter, KC MO.
