On 11/20/2019, employees of Warren Exteriors LLC were installing siding on a multi-residential building located at 194 Killdeer Circle, Moscow Mills, Missouri. The employees were utilizing a pump jack scaffold approximately 15 foot above the ground. The scaffold platform was more than 14 inches away from the face of the work being accomplished exposing employees to fall hazards.
