29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about December 4, 2019, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards while cleaning up casing that had collected under the bull wheel at PM 7, wet end by Line 136, machine guarding was not adequate to prevent employee exposure to rotating parts and the pinch point between Bull Wheel and steel frame of machine.
