29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof and the travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet: a) At the jobsite, there were no fire extinguishers on the 6th floor, exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Except during stairway construction, foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways with pan stairs where the treads and/or landings were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date, unless the stairs were temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan: a) At the jobsite, the stair landings in the south building south stairway did not have wood installed in the landing, exposing employees to trip hazards.
