29 CFR 1926.96: The employer did not ensure employees wore proper footwear which meets the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967. In front of the DFS north side: An employee wearing open toe footwear was water blasting the pavement. The employee was exposed to laceration and crushed-by hazards.
