29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) # 2 Transfer Roll drive conveyor: On or about February 21, 2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards from a partially guarded section of the transfer line #2 conveyor Coastal Forest Products, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in the OSHA inspection number 1277066 Citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed on final order date March 21, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 102 Main Street, Chapman, AL 361015.
