29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4): Employees working with chromic acid were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially their nostrils: A.) Meadville Plating Company, Inc. - On or about 3/2/20, and at times prior thereto, company employees worked with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, chromic acid during dipping and plating operations. Employees were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts and nostrils. Meadville Plating Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.124(h)(4)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1289197, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/18/18, with respect to a workplace located at 10775 Franklin Pike, Meadville, PA.
