29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: A) SPX Power Team H Frame 100-Ton Hydraulic Press - 3451 South Clinton Avenue, South Plainfield NJ 07080 The employer did not ensure that the energy control procedures addressed all potentially hazardous energy sources for employees who were performing servicing and/or maintenance operations on equipment such as, but not limited to, assembly of a new hydraulic press. Servicing and/or maintenance operations included, but not limited to, die setting, adjustment and/or installation in hydraulic and mechanical power presses. Condition noted on or about 03/03/2020
