29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(4)(i): Within 15 work days after making an exposure determination in accordance with paragraph (d)(2) or paragraph (d)(3) of this section, the employer did not individually notify each affected employee in writing of the results of that determination or post the results in an appropriate location accessible to all affected employees. (a) On or about March 5, 2020, and days prior, the employer did not have records indicating employees were informed of the results of air sampling for hexavalent chromium conducted by a third party on July 9, 2019, in accordance with the requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(4)(i).

(a) On or about March 5 2020, and days prior, employees performed welding operations involving stainless steel without adequate knowledge of the � 1910.1026 chromium (VI) standard, including but not limited to the health effects of, means of exposure and protection against, and best work practices to employ when exposures to hexavalent chromium may occur.
