29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) On or about June 12, 2020, at the worksite located at 726 S. 12th St., Milwaukee, WI, the employer did not ensure that all employees who handled cleaning agents were provided effective information and training in hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, the explanation of labeling systems; and understanding, obtaining, and using the information on the safety data sheets, thereby exposing workers to health hazards.
