29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2):Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square. On July 21, 2020, a subcontractor's employee, working on the center of the scaffold on the fifth buck, was exposed to a fall hazard, in that the ground level section, third, fourth and fifth buck of the scaffold directly below the employee did not have any type of cross bracing on the front of the scaffold.
