On July 21, 2020, a subcontractor's employee, working on the center of the scaffold on the fifth buck, was exposed to a fall hazard, in that the ground level section, third, fourth and fifth buck of the scaffold directly below the employee did not have any type of cross bracing on the front of the scaffold.
