29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: On or about September 3, 2020, the employer failed to conduct its annual audits with each authorized employee on the responsibilities under the specific procedure for the Hi Speed Dispensers located in the mixing room. The procedures were not marked with any inspection date and no certification records were provided.
