The Employer did not provide the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification of abatement as required for Citation #1, Items #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6a & #6b and Citation #2, Item #1 issued November 3, 2020.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is completed.

Palmetto Wichita KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a Keller 8 foot A-frame ladder, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet in that they were using the top step of ladder to access the upper level of house.   BML CONSTRUCTION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147156, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 10751 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64155.
