29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)   At the jobsite located at 3109 Crystal Beach, Wichita, Sedgwick County, KS, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented, to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of construction adhesives, which are irritants and cause dermal allergic reactions and eye damage.  Brent Lawrenz dba BML Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1635219, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 3-2-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4501 Bluestem, Maize, KS.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (Construction Reference: 1926.59).  At the jobsite located at 3109 Crystal Beach, Wichita, Sedgwick County, KS, the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used, including but not limited to, construction adhesives, which are irritants, and can cause dermal allergic reactions and eye damage.  Brent Lawrenz dba BML Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1635219, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3-2-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4501 Bluestem, Maize, KS.

Brent Lawrenz dba BML Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.1200(h)(1), or its equivalent standard,  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1635219, citation number 1, item number 1c, and was affirmed as a final order on 3-2-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4501 Bluestem, Maize, KS.
