29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On October 30, 2020, employees conducting roof work, at 2614 South Delaware Avenue in Bay View, Wisconsin, were not protected from falling to lower level by an approve fall protection system. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet. The A&B Remodeling LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1389427, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 930 High Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53715.
