29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about April 5, 2021, employees engaged in re-roofing activities on an existing residential property with a 4/12 pitched roof, were not protected from falling to the lower level. The employer has not provided the proper fall protection and this exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. The A&B Remodeling LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500287, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2614 South Delaware Street, Bay View, Wisconsin 53207. The A&B Remodeling LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1389427, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 930 High Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53715.
