29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1):Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  The Employer did not provide the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification of abatement as required for Citation #1, Items #1 & #2 issued December 22, 2020.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is completed.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the jobsite located at 2403 N Bluestone Andover, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities with the use of a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not provided with eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the jobsite located at 2403 Bluestone Andover, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet from the roof of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
