29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At jobsite located 8016-8018 34th St. Wichita, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not developed and implemented a written comprehensive hazard communication program.
