(a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303: On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not protect employees engaged in work of up to 20 feet above a lower level when using a JLG CM1432 scissor lift which was missing a midrail on one side.  This exposed employees to fall hazards.

(a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303.  On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer failed to remove four vehicle tires, three cardboard boxes and one plastic tote which reduced the width of the exit route to less than 28 inches in the storage building.  In the event of a fire requiring egress from the facility, employees are exposed to tripping, smoke inhalation and burn hazards.
