29 CFR  1915.153(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate eye or face protection where there were exposures to eye or face hazards caused by flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acid, caustic liquids, gases, vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  F/V Nordic Fury:  On or about April 1, 2021, an employee was standing next to welding operations without the use of screens or eye protection and was exposed to arc radiation.
