29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a)  DN8a PNL Assy F/Apron Compl LH Line;  On or about April 21, 2020 and at time prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crush hazards in that employees were required to enter the robotic cell with robots, jigs and fixtures to clean equipment and flooring inside the cell without requiring the employees to utilize the energy control procedure that would secure all hazardous energy sources.
