OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from crush-by hazards:    a)  At Smart Alabama, 121 Shin Young Dr., Rear 200 Blank Line, Luverne, Alabama:  On March 8, 2022: the employer failed to ensure coil carts used to assist employees load coils of metal onto the press at the Blank line had stabilizer arms installed to ensure coils did not fall off the coil carts during the loading process exposing employees to crush-by hazards.  b)  At Smart Alabama, 121 Shin Young Dr., Front 200 Blank Line, Luverne, Alabama:  On March 8, 2022: the employer failed to ensure coil carts used to assist employees load coils of metal onto the press at the Blank line had stabilizer arms installed to ensure coils did not fall off the coil carts during the loading process exposing employees to crush-by hazards.
