29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  New residential construction located on Lot #200 46 Lauritsen Way, Newnan, GA 30265, Front side of structure: On or about 06/02/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while using a TranzSporter (Model TP250) to hoist shingle bundles to the roof, in that head protection was not provided while working directly below the 74-lbs. shingles being hoisted to the ridge of the roof.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   New residential construction located on Lot #200, 46 Lauritsen Way, Newnan, GA 30265, Upper roof: On or about 06/02/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet, 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to the employee loading the roof with shingles onto the ridge.
