29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On or about 02/22/2022 - 90 Stevens Cove Dr., Margaret, AL, an employee engaged in residential roofing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet, 2 inches to the ground below.  Uriel Fuerte Salto was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561099, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/14/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 133 Bar Oak BND Lot 344, Newnan, GA 30265.  Uriel Fuerte Salto was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1534367, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at (Lot # 200) 46 Lauritsen Way, Newnan, GA 30265.
