29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) New residential construction Lot #84 at 3375 Trevi Trail Douglasville Ga 30135, Roof: On or about May 1, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 feet from the eave to the ground below while installing shingles on the 7:12 roof to the ground level. CSHO observed one employees on the roof, that was not attached to a lanyard and anchor point. Uriel Fuerte Salto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561099 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Residential Construction, 133 Bar Oak Bend Lot 344 Newnan Ga. 30265.
