29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii):The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a) Mercer Landmark, Inc. located at 281 West Main Street in Saint Henry, Ohio 45883 On or about June 14, 2021 the employer did not certify that periodic inspections were performed of energy control procedures, exposing employees to entrapment and engulfment hazards while entering grain storage bins to remove residual grain and amputation hazards when servicing roller mills.
