29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) Jobsite: On June 30, 2021 and at times prior thereto employees performed masonry work from a walk through type scaffold. After dismantling, moving, and setting up the scaffold in a different location, the competent person failed to ensure the base plates were in place before allowing employees to work from the scaffold. a) Jobsite: On June 30, 2021 and at times prior thereto employees performed masonry work from a walk through type scaffold. The competent person failed to recognize there was not safe access for employees getting on/off the scaffold. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.

They climbed the end frame for access to and from their work area on the scaffold. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
