29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At jobsite located at 25226 91st Terr, Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet from the working platform to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. Marco Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402286, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4072 NE Chapel Manor Drive, Lee Summit, MO 64064.
