29 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(C) Retraining of employees for proficiency did not the introduce new or revised control methods and procedures as necessary: On or about July 31, 2021, the employer did not train employees on methods to remove foreign material from the East Moline metal detector equipment located on the 4K line: Employer will update the facilities metal detection sanitation procedure to outline procedure for removing debris other than meat product that is unable to be removed by pressure washing methods and requires LOTO methods to be employed. Provide updated procedure and training of sanitation team by December 20,2021.
