29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): A) Camaco, LLC on or about August 31, 2021 at the address of 3400 River Industrial Park Rd. Lorain, OH the employer did not ensure that the point of operation of the ISGEC 1500T mechanical press (Model: S4-1500-6000x2500/LD; Serial # HM-2598), located in the press room, was adequately guarded. Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards that could result in serious injuries while operating the 1500 ton mechanical press.
