29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 250 or more employees. The employer with an establishment that had 250 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and this part requires the establishment to keep records, the employer failed to electronically submit information from the three recordkeeping forms that they keep under this part (OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report) to OSHA or OSHA's designee. The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than March 2, 2022. On or about April 13, 2022 the employer failed to report the company's OSHA Form 300A information for the calendar year of 2021 to OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2022.
