OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush hazards during the performance of a coil "flip" in that: On or about December 5, 2025, an employee engaged in manufacturing activities, located at 1851 East 32nd Ave., Columbus, NE 68601, was exposed to crushing hazards during the performance of a coil change on the AIDA: PMX-200: PS68 machine. An employee suffered a crushing injury during a coil "flip," when a steel coil tipped over onto their leg/foot while the coil was being manipulated into place by a powered industrial truck.
