29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): The employer was failing to protect employees from chemical exposure hazards. This was most recently documented on October 30, 2023 at 1851 East 32nd Avenue. Columbus, Nebraska in the North Press Room. Employees were using secondary containers not labeled after chemicals; such as, but not limited to: TowerKem W-1209, were drawn from a source drum and used for longer than one shift.
