29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about 1 Sept  2021, at the Water Treatment Plan,  Sapphire Bay West Condominiums, Saint Thomas, VI.  Emergency eye wash and emergency shower were not available and operational in the immediate area when employees used and/or handled corrosive products such as sulfuric acid chemical during water treatment operation.     NOTE:	Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
