29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On September 30, 2021, employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of up to approximately 18 feet above the ground.  Raptor Exteriors, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438308, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1651 Tara Belle Pkwy., Naperville, Illinois 60564.    Raptor Exteriors, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432289, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1-5 Black Court, 1486-1538 Shagbark Drive, 1475-1537 Envee Drive, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60490.  Raptor Exteriors, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418739, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Astor Cir., Schaumburg, Illinois 60159.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
